What These Terms Cover
These Terms of Use apply to:
- Options Olive (olive.nakedlobsters.com) — a guided decision-making tool
- Diagnostic Voyage (app.nakedlobsters.com) — a values and personal development diagnostic
- Finally Forward — a paid two-session decision intensive delivered via Zoom
By using any of these tools or services, you agree to these terms.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our tools or booking Finally Forward, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Not Professional Advice
Our tools and services provide a structured thinking process to help you gain personal clarity. They do not constitute and should not be treated as:
- Professional coaching or therapy
- Legal, financial, medical, or career advice
- A substitute for professional support
The insights, outputs, and facilitation you receive through Options Olive, Diagnostic Voyage, or Finally Forward reflect your own responses and thinking. The clarity you arrive at is yours. The decisions you make are yours.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any mental health condition. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or a mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional support before using our tools or services.
Naked Lobsters accepts no liability for decisions made as a result of using our tools or services.
Options Olive & Diagnostic Voyage — Free Tools
Options Olive and Diagnostic Voyage are provided free of charge. By using them you agree that:
- You are using the tools for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- You will not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the tool logic, flow, or methodology
- The Decision Compass generated by Options Olive is personal to you and is not to be redistributed or republished
We reserve the right to update, modify, or withdraw either tool at any time without notice.
Finally Forward — Paid Service
Finally Forward is a paid service consisting of two 90-minute facilitated sessions delivered via Zoom.
Booking & Payment
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking
- Sessions are delivered by Caroline Grubb and/or Iain Saunders of Naked Lobsters
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will receive a full refund
Finally Forward works when you show up honestly — your full truth in the room. If after Session 1 you genuinely feel the process has not helped bring meaningful clarity, please discuss this with us before Session 2. Refund requests under this guarantee will be assessed in good faith based on your participation in the process.
What We Deliver
We commit to holding a skilled, safe, and well-prepared facilitated space. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, decision, or result. The work requires your honest participation.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where we believe the service is unsuitable, where a participant behaves abusively, or where continuing would be inappropriate. In such circumstances we may provide a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Your Responses & Our Content
Your inputs: You retain ownership of the information and responses you provide through our tools. By submitting them, you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and deliver our services.
Our intellectual property: All content, methodology, frameworks, and tool logic across Options Olive, Diagnostic Voyage, and Finally Forward are the intellectual property of Naked Lobsters. This includes but is not limited to:
- The NAKED Method — our proprietary values-based facilitation framework
- The Options Olive decision flow and interface
- The Diagnostic Voyage quiz logic and profile outputs
- The Decision Compass format and language
You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or commercialise any part of our methodology without written permission from Naked Lobsters.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at nakedlobsters.com/privacy. By using our tools or services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Naked Lobsters is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of our tools or services
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to Options Olive or Diagnostic Voyage
- Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights under the laws of their country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be published at nakedlobsters.com/terms. Continued use of our tools or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
